Terms & Conditions

1. Our plants are fresh imports! Please ensure you’re familiar with how to acclimate them before making a purchase. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask for guidance.
2. Payments can be made via venmo or PayPal GS (add 4% fee) to @greenpunches within 24 hours of claiming your plant.
3. Once cargo is cleared by USDA, your package will ship from sunny Florida to your doorstep via local carrier of your choice. (Standard shipping is UPS Ground)
4. We’ll email your tracking number so you can follow your plant’s journey home!
5. The shipping fee covers it all: cargo, phyto, import fees, and UPS Ground delivery.
6. Shipping cost starts as low as $19/plant. See our published rate.
7. In the rare case of a Dead On Arrival (DOA) plant, we’ll replace it with a plant of similar value—no refunds.
8. Please note: we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by weather or shipping carriers mishaps. If these occur, DOA replacements won’t be available.
9. To file a claim or dispute, we kindly ask for following to be met (NO exceptions, please.)

Yellowing of the leaves, broken stems or root rots are NOT qualified as DOA. It is part of fresh import risks
