1. Standard Air Cargo Shipping time is 2 days, 1 to 2 days for USDA inspection, 1 to 5 days for local shipping, so in total it will take from 4 to 7 days to your door (Normal import timeline with no delays).

2. Plants can be confiscated and destroyed by the USDA if they see any pests or any incomplete documents.

3. Preparing plants for import can take a big toll on the condition of the plants, uprooting them from their substrate, washing the roots, treating with chemicals for pests, and all of that, however with the right procedures, we can minimize that impact.

4. Rotted roots, yellow to dead leaves, melted new growths are something that you can expect from importing but knowing how to treat them can help recovery process quicker.
